This hand forged railroad spike knife is a great camp or shop knife. Each knife is hand forged which makes it one of a kind. It is well balanced, rugged in appearance, with a very sharp blade and fits comfortably in the hand. Although, it is not a high carbon hard edged blade, each blade is slowly heated to a non-magnetic state, oil quenched and annealed. The blade easily takes a sharpening to a razor sharp edge.

This hand forged Herb Chopper is designed to last a lifetime and become a family heirloom in the kitchen. The blade is a generous 6" in length. The ergonomic curve is fashioned for chopping without lifting the blade from the cutting board and sharp enough to thinly slice tomatoes. Each Herb Chopper is completely forged, hammered and sharpened by hand, which makes each one unique.
